Actor Dia Mirza is in love, and has finally confessed it. Though rumour mills had it that she may have been seeing upcoming film-maker Sahil Sangha since the two were spotted together at actor Shilpa Shetty’s Diwali party earlier this year, it is only now that the actor has openly admitted to beingin a relationship. “Yes, I am in a relationship and seeing Sahil,” she told HT City on Tuesday.
If her beau’s name doesn’t ring a bell, he was the assistant director for the hit 2007 film, Salaam-e-Ishq. Ask her how long they’ve been with each other, and she laughs, “The media has been slow in picking this.”
Dia MirzaBuzz has it that the two may’ve been an item since over a year. The couple first grabbed eyeballs when Mirza announced her decision to turn producer, with Sangha directing his first film under her banner.
“I’m really happy that she has fallen in love, for she deserves the best,” says designer Rocky S, one of Mirza’s closest friends. Mirza has earlier been linked to film-makers Apoorva Lakhia, Sanjay Gupta, and actors Kunal Kapoor and Arshad Warsi.
