Salman Khan as brand ambassador of Indian Railways

Given Salman Khan’s love for rail gaadi, the Indian Railways are planning to rope in the megastar to bring about a much needed face lift to one of the biggest transportation system in India.

Action superstar Salman Khan is often seen running, romancing or beating the pulp out of baddies against the backdrop of our very own Indian Railways, so the top officials of the department are reportedly contemplating to ask the star become their brand ambassador.

A source close to Salman revealed, "The Indian Railways is used as a mode of transport by a very large number of population.

And, as a star, Salman has a huge appeal among the masses. So it`s a perfect brand fit.”

"His movies like ‘Tere Naam,’ ‘Wanted,’ ‘Dabangg’ - all have important scenes in trains or railway platforms," the source added.

However, Salman’s business representative was very evasive about the deal. On contacting the rep said, "It`s too premature to talk anything about it right now."

Well, let’s hope Salman’s ticket get confirmed soon!
